You will play an essential role of providing services to members by conducting transactions accurately and finding the right solution to best fit the needs of our members while building member rapport and satisfaction. In this role, you will also manage a cash drawer and troubleshoot basic cash drawer differences. You will have a basic knowledge of our products and services, along with participating in monthly campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community events.
These are just a few things you will be doing as a Member Advocate. We do require you have some customer service experience. Excellent communication skills are a must.
