Responsibilities include: Assist members and potential members with financial transactions, become knowledgeable and answer questions about products and services including some of the highest tech banking solutions available, identify opportunities to enhance services to members, and accurate balancing of cash drawer. Become a product knowledge expert to help members get more value and convenience out of their financial experience.
Qualifications include: Prefer six months teller or retail cashier experience, high school diploma or equivalent, proficient in basic computer and math skills. Excellent customer service skills. Spanish speaking helpful, but not required.
