We are seeking a Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping members by providing product and service information and handling financial transactions.
- Handle member inquiries
- Open new accounts
- Provide information about the products and services we offer
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues
- Document and update member records
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience with cash handling, member service, or other related fields
