As a Brokerage Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing front-line agency support to our field. Our team members support our agency partners by answering questions, providing helpful information, and resolving concerns. COUNTRY is seeking motivated, client-focused individuals to join our Brokerage team.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Brokerage Client Service Representative make an impact?

  • Locates and assesses suitable insurance carriers after understanding the overall goals in conjunction with the degree of risk involved and availability of insurance outlets.

  • Answers technical questions and resolves issues involving a degree of complexity and research.

  • Interprets and communicates brokerage options, assisting in matching needs with the appropriate carrier solutions throughout our company footprint. 

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Ability to learn and perform in a fast paced production environment.

  • Prior customer service and phone etiquette experience.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to agent needs and changes.

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Have outstanding communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to think quickly.

  • Highly computer literate. You will be using multiple computer programs simultaneously to research, resolve, and document requests.

  • This position will require working M-F, hours between 8-4:30 or 9:30-6 on a regular rotational basis as determined by management.

  • This is an entry level support role, which does not require previous experience.
